What we do
The service
Drywall finishing is the trade that decides how the whole job looks. A wall can be framed and boarded perfectly and still fail the walk-through if the finish is wrong, so we work to the level called for in the spec rather than to whatever gets the crew off site fastest.
Our crews handle the full finishing sequence: taping the joints, coating and feathering, setting bead and trim, then sanding out to a uniform surface the painter can work with. We finish everything from Level 1 fire-tape in service corridors to Level 5 skim coats under gloss paint and critical lighting.
Because we’re labour only, you buy the compound and the board on your own account at your own rate. We show up with the tools, the stilts and the sanders, and our number covers the hands doing the work — nothing else.
Scope we cover
- Level 1 — fire-tape in concealed areas
- Level 2 — tile substrate and garages
- Level 3 — heavy texture and coatings
- Level 4 — standard flat paint finish
- Level 5 — skim coat under critical light
- Corner bead, L-bead, J-trim and reveals
- Butt joints, screw spotting and beading
- Patching, repairs and deficiency punch work
- Machine and pole sanding with dust control
- Clean-down and debris haul to your bin

Crew size scales to your dates
A small punch crew or a full taping gang — we size the crew to the milestone you are trying to hit, and we tell you honestly if the date is not achievable.
We come back and close the list
Punch work is part of the job, not a change order. We walk the deficiency list with your superintendent and clear it before the painter mobilises.
Sanding dust does not become your problem
Poly protection, dust control on the sanders and a clean-down at the end of each shift, so the next trade walks into a workable space.
No material markup in our number
You buy the board and compound at your rate. Our price is labour, so you can see exactly what the installation is costing you.
